Continuing Education Course: Yoga
A beginning yoga class introduces fundamental poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help participants build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive environment.
This course will take place at the NCTC Gainesville campus on Tuedays & Thursdays, 9/10/2024 - 10/24/2024, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
